![]() ![]() ![]() 2 of the fees are for the same maintenance request, a leaning fence. I assure you it was not in my interest to pay $450 in fees for repairs that are the landlords responsibility. Over the last 2 months, I was charged 3 maintenance fees. I'm writing due to the lack of response from the Property Mngr & incomplete repairs to a rented home from FirstKeyHomes. I am in the process of trying to relocate and do not have the funds. Basically telling me I have to pay for their mistake and will be refunded later. I explained this concern is not for an overpayment as I purposely overpaid them but this concern is for an incorrect charge leaving me with a due bill when I am trying to move out! The customer service rep by the name of *********************** whom the call Center instructed me would assist, is only contacting me through email and keeps closing my ticket every time he replies just saying the same thing about an overpayment being refunded via security deposit. I contacted customer service and all they could tell me was that for any overpayment, it will be credited to my deposit. *** took my credit to pay for the utilities but charged me for a full months rent for July leaving me with a due balance of $166.27 which will soon accrue a $75 late fee because I do not have it to pay thatll leave me with a balance of $241.27. I purposely overpaid my account around the amount of $400 so it could take care of the included utilities and Julys rent which should have been prorated. I submitted my 60 day notice on time to vacate the home when my lease ends July 24.
